SimplyFree 30-Day Mindful Eating

Feel a deeper connection with your food, body, senses, and mind through mindful eating. This is the only program by SimplyFree that does not require a gluten free diet. We will guide you through simple practices that encourage you to savor every bite, listen to your body's hunger cues, and appreciate the flavors of your meals. 

What's Included

Upon signing up for the program, you will have the opportunity to schedule your initial session as soon as you are ready.

1 : 1 Sessions and Support

You will get 4 one on one sessions that are 45 minutes each.  You will also have access to ask questions outside of our scheduled sessions with daily support available during designated hours.

Digital Downloads and Guides

This program emphasizes building a connection with your body and discovering how food influences your senses, emotions and physical well-being. You will receive weekly guides and mindfulness practices that we will explore in each session. Exciting recipe ideas will be provided to awaken your taste buds and enhance your sensory experience. This 30-day challenge will move quickly, so expect prompts and assignments to help keep you accountable throughout the journey.

Invitation to Live Events or Group Sessions

As a new client of SimplyFree, you will be invited to live events and group sessions only available to individuals who have participated in one of our programs.

*Please note, most of these experiences will be tailored to a gluten free diet.
